Rule 22
- Provisions relating to safety
(1) When filing a complaint in accordance with the Act and this regulation, or in the course of the action of the complaint, if there is a possibility that group violence or crime may be committed against the victim, the complainant may apply to the commission or the office for immediate protection with adequate and credible grounds.
(2) If it is deemed necessary to provide protection from the application under sub-rule (1), the commission or the office shall send a written request to the nearest police office for the protection of the victim, dependent family or witness.
(3) If written according to sub-rule (2), the concerned police office shall immediately inform the Commission or the concerned office by making security arrangements or arranging other alternative arrangements.
